What am I downloading?
The Study Coach: written instructions that tell your AI how to run a study session. You get a ZIP to add to Claude as a skill, plus a copy-paste version for any other AI chat.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. Paste the instructions into a new ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude chat, then add your material. If your Claude plan has skills, you can upload the ZIP instead. You’ll need your own AI account.
Do I need to know the material first?
No. If something is brand new to you, say so. The coach will explain it first, then ask you to put it in your own words. Add your actual course material so it has something to work from.
Is it really free?
